But, for me, my highe...I like your thoughts on you! But, for me, my highest weight was 305 pounds, and twelve years ago I lost 150 pounds and have maintained it. I used regular exercise, eating right and lots of positive self thought!<br /><br />I am a super slow runner, and usually just say I jog, so as not to embarrass real runners. I like speedy walking, combined with occasional jogging.
